Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it ships. If the product was shipped already, you need to make a return (see below).
Refunds/returns: Refunds are allowed up to 30 days after placing an order. If the product was shipped, you’ll need to return it to Sorensen/Crane (in sale-able condition) and we will refund your money.
If you give us the wrong address, we are not liable for its delivery. If the package is returned to us, we will ship it to the correct address but you must pay postage.
